ACUMEN 360 FOR PROJECT MANAGER
I need to be able to understand the output results as applied to my projects including basic schedule or cost quality and performance.
I need to be confident in my data and project status, therefore I need accurate information for costs, resources and delivery dates for all of my projects and reports. I also need to understand the important inputs to produce reliable output text and graphic results reports.
ACUMEN 360 FOR PROJECT CONTROLS (SCHEDULER)
I am the primary point of contact for all detail entry into the schedule or schedule status.
I am responsible for ensuring that a high fidelity schedule is in place.
I work cooperatively with the Project Controls Schedule Analyst or the CAM (Cost/Control Account Manager).
I handle change requests, model the change from a schedule standpoint, and provide input to cost as the schedule changes.
I need to get an understanding of integration points, between schedule and cost, during the proposal phase, for contract modifications or change requests, and for performance against baselines.
