Deltek Acumen can be used to analyze updated versions of your schedule throughout the project life-cycle.  It allows for quick identification of any changes that have occurred and will report on trends that have developed during the project execution.  In this session we will discuss how to set up and view reports to track the performance of the schedule and see which tasks are finishing early or late as you receive new updates.

4D BIM Planning & Scheduling with Powerproject Online Training

This 8-hours course provides hands-on experience of 4D Planning. Participants will gain practical knowledge on scheduling and controlling the project with the combination of BIM models as well as using the model data into improve the project quality.

Session 1: Monday, October 11 - 14:00-18:00 (UTC+3)

  • Working with 3D BIM model and screen areas
  • Creating full 4D BIM schedule from 3D model
  • Quantity take-off from 3D model and applying into schedule
  • Optimizing productivity rates, unit rates and analyzing histograms
  • Combining current Primavera P6 or MS Project schedules with 3D model

Session 2: Monday, October 18 - 14:00-18:00 (UTC+3)

  • Merging multiple model files and adding site objects
  • Displaying timeline simulations of 4D project schedule
  • Progress update on the project
  • Comparing of current project against baseline using 4D comparison simulations
  • Saving images, snapshots and creating videos, flipbooks

Who Should Attend?

This course is designed for those who are new to 4D-BIM planning & scheduling with Powerproject as well as need a full overview starting with the basics of creating projects through to tracking progress and reporting and who need a practical course focused on project management in house building.

This course targets Project Managers, Project Control Managers, Project Control Engineers, Planning and Scheduling Engineers and others interested in managing projects successfully or willing to contribute to project success.

Course Objectives

At the end of the course, delegates will be able to gain practical experience of how to use Powerproject to manage house building and commercial projects with 4D-BIM methodology.

Certificate

Official certificate of completion will be issued to those who attend and complete the program and those who complete the course will earn 8 PDU.
