This 8-hours course provides hands-on experience of 4D Planning. Participants will gain practical knowledge on scheduling and controlling the project with the combination of BIM models as well as using the model data into improve the project quality.

  • Working with 3D BIM model and screen areas
  • Creating full 4D BIM schedule from 3D model
  • Quantity take-off from 3D model and applying into schedule
  • Optimizing productivity rates, unit rates and analyzing histograms
  • Combining current Primavera P6 or MS Project schedules with 3D model

  • Merging multiple model files and adding site objects
  • Displaying timeline simulations of 4D project schedule
